Larry Amoruso
Being a family owned business, Larry together with his father Ralph have an active role in the day to day activities at Florio's. It is extremely important for Larry to have an exceptional name and face recollection of the majority of his clientele and regular customers. He uses the easiest way to gain repeat business by offering seemingly special treatment, and remembering a customer's name or favorite table. Larry acts as a host, chatting with his customers and making sure they are satisfied sharing some of his fishing trips adventures, his political views or tips about the latest releases of Apple Computers sofware.
One of his greatest passions is photograpy, that's why some of his favorite pictures are dispayed in the restaurant, and are for sale.
For Larry, his restaurant is an extension of his home. He considers that entertaining people, the fact that they are relaxing, having fun and being happy - that's true hospitality. |
